Since we were coming from out of town, it was helpful to have Greg scope out places ahead of time so that we didn't have to waste any trips. And to let us know when it might be important to see a place asap. Greg went so above and beyond in helping us find our ideal home! Before we started seriously looking, during our active search and even after closing, Greg was always available for any questions and issues. He is so knowledgeable about the local area and the people within, he often knows about homes that are coming on the market before they actually do, which is really helpful in such a tight market. So patient and helpful, even after our closing, he helped coordinate our meetings with a landscape architect, solar panel installer and more. Not sure how we could have made this move so seamlessly without Greg's help! I would definitely use Greg again as both a buyer and seller and would highly recommend him to all of my friends and colleagues.”

“Greg Higgins did an excellent job helping my husband and I with our first home purchase. He had incredibly detailed knowledge of the local area, such as knowing what year neighborhoods were developed and what that would mean for the type of house, and also what "sounds" would exist (flight paths, trains, highways). He was also extremely knowledgeable about construction/building and showed us what to look for in basements and the outside of houses as evidence of water, pests, rot, etc. He helped us understand all the ways we could strengthen our offer and explained what the seller's thought process would be. I also felt that he understood what we were looking for and we trusted his opinions on the homes. Greg is extremely personable and easy to talk to, but also extremely professional and detail oriented. He encouraged us to take our time, but also to see a lot of houses so that we could have an understanding of the market and also reassured us that the right house would come along. I would highly recommend him, I think he has something extra that many realtors don't have.”
